IT (reference):
junior $800–1500, middle $2000–3500, senior $4000–6000+ — depends on stack and English.
Office/admin:
managers, accountants, HR — 15–35k UAH depending on city and company.
Production/warehouse:
blue-collar 15–30k UAH, qualified operators 25–40k.
Sales:
base + commission; verify real income with employees, not the posting.
How to negotiate:
Do not name a number first — ask for the range; justify yours with market data and achievements.
Net vs gross:
In Ukraine postings show gross — subtract ~23.5% (18% PIT + 5% military tax); in the EU clarify net/gross.
Red flag:
Salary 'after the interview' with no range in the posting — often below market.
