Cadastral number assignment

First step of plot registration: land-management docs → XML exchange → number assignment in the cadastre. Term ~1–3 weeks.

Cadastre extract

Public plot document: number, area, designation, boundaries. Ordered online on the public cadastral map — the base of any check.

Registry changes

Boundary change, division, merging — land-management docs + cadastre update + rights registration in DRRP.

Service costs

Surveyor: ~5–15k UAH for typical documentation; cadastre extract — free/minimal; state registrar — hundreds of UAH. Terms 2–6 weeks by region.

Public cadastral map

map.land.gov.ua — official check: plots, boundaries, designation, restrictions (airport zones, protected areas). Free to view.

The cadastre (plot data) and the rights registry (DRRP) are different registries: one is about the plot, the other about rights. A plot exists legally only with a cadastral number; ownership only after a DRRP record.
