Commercial tariffs

An FOP in a residence does NOT automatically mean commercial rates. Commercial tariffs apply to non-residential stock and businesses. A flat hosting a home FOP — residential tariff without a separate contract.

For an FOP in a flat — residential tariff ~4.32 UAH/kWh. Commercial for business — market-priced, by supplier and voltage class. A separate office meter = a commercial contract.

Residential premises — household tariff even for an FOP. A salon/workshop with clients in a flat — the water utility may require rebilling as a business. Formalize via a water-utility contract.

Heating for households — NKREKP-regulated tariff. For business — contract price, higher. An office room in a flat without replanning — household tariff.

A shop/office on the ground floor — pays the commercial share of the building-maintenance tariff (only for non-residential area). The residential part of an FOP — regular tariff.

Supplier discovers retroactive commercial use — back-billing. Convert the premises to non-residential or sign a separate contract — legal, no debt pileup.
