  Measurements, layouts (2–3 options), 3D renders, drawings: demolition, wiring, plumbing, floors, ceilings, wall elevations, material spec.

• Work stages

  Brief → measurement → layout → visualization → working docs → author's supervision. Timeline: 3–8 weeks for an apartment.

• Cost

  Layout+renders package ~300–800 UAH/m²; full project 800–1500 UAH/m²; supervision separate (1–2 visits/week).

• DIY alternative

  Planner 5D, RoomSketcher, SketchUp — enough for layout and colours. Working drawings for the crew can be ordered separately from a foreman.

• When it pays off

  Area 60+ m², replanning, expensive finishing, built-in furniture/appliances. A project saves 10–15% of budget via exact specifications.
