Must contain

  • •Scope: itemized works tied to an estimate
  • •Price and payment schedule (advance ≤30%, stages, final after acceptance)
  • •Timeline and late-delivery penalty
  • •Workmanship warranty (min 12 mo) and materials warranty
  • •Who buys materials and how costs are documented
  • •Acceptance procedure: acts, pressure test, as-built diagram
