Studio rental

Criteria: floor area and ceiling height (for lighting), number of backdrops, gear included in price, cyclorama, makeup room, parking, floor/elevator for props.

Rates: UAH 300–800/hr per hall, minimum 2–3 hrs. Light rental extra UAH 500–1500. 'Packages' (4 hrs + lights) beat hourly. A gear deposit is normal.

Before paying: real photos of the hall, light list (count) with power, are backdrops/stands/trigger included, floor protection, AC switch-off (noise).

Arrive 30 min early — light setup eats into rental time. Inventory the gear on entry and exit — 'missing trigger' disputes resolve on the spot.

In the contract: who covers broken gear (your assistant vs studio's), client prop insurance, rules on fuel/pyro/paint. Backdrop paper — signed out per use.

Client location — a free studio for brand content. Daily apartment/loft rental — cheaper than a studio for lifestyle. Home mini-studio: 2 LEDs + 2×2m backdrop for product work.
