• Typical applications

  Reports: discharge, leave, transfer, payments, treatment. Complaints: command actions, non-payment, medical board procedure violations.

• Appealing TCC/VLK decisions

  Medical board conclusions are appealed to a higher-level board or court. TCC decisions — administrative complaint to a higher TCC or administrative court.

• How to prepare an application

  Format: to whom (position, unit), from whom (name, contact), substance citing the norm, request, date and signature. Reports are registered — request an incoming number.

Keep copies of all reports with registration marks — this is evidence for appeals.
