• Registration abroad

  Reservists abroad must register with the embassy/consulate and update data via «Rezerv+».

• Data updates

  Via «Rezerv+» you can update address, phone, e-mail without a TCC visit. Data must be current — it is an obligation.

• Medical board abroad

  With a medical board referral, examination can be done at a foreign facility; documents (translated) are submitted to the TCC.

• Return obligations

  Receiving a summons abroad — via consulate or «Rezerv+». Failure to appear without valid reason — liability; in some cases review possible through a representative.

• Work & documents

  Legal stay (visa/permit) does not remove the registration duty. Foreign employers do not require a military ID — it is needed only for Ukrainian procedures.
