Rental Agreement

All rental terms must be in a written contract. Oral agreements are hard to prove in court.

Subject (address, area), rent amount, term, payment procedure, rights and obligations, liability.

Fixed in contract. Cannot be changed unilaterally. Utilities — separate or included.

Usually 1-2 months rent. Returned on move-out minus damages (if any).

By mutual agreement or through court. Tenant can terminate anytime with 3 months notice.
