Organization

1. Arrange municipal pickup of collected waste

2. Meeting point: water, first aid, coordinators

3. Bags: ×1.7 of plan + separate for recyclables

4. Briefing: sharps/mercury separate, gloves always

5. Before/after photos — motivation and report

One volunteer fills ~1.5–2 bags per hour. Arrange pickup with the municipal service in advance. Split into groups of 3–5 with a lead.
