CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. Subject. The Contractor shall clean the object per the scope of work (Annex 1).
2. Duties. The Contractor provides staff, chemicals and equipment unless agreed otherwise. The Client provides access, water and electricity.
3. Acceptance. Works are accepted via act; claims within 24 hours after cleaning.
4. Liability. The Contractor is liable for staff-caused damage up to the value of damaged property.
5. Payment. Monthly by the 10th upon the works act.
6. Term. 12 months; termination with 30-day notice.
