Towing & impound

Parking in disabled spots, double-parked, blocking a sidewalk, at a transit stop, under a 'no stopping + tow' sign.

Towing ~1500–2500 UAH + storage 100–200 UAH/day. Tariffs are set by the city — verify current local rates.

Call 102 (police) or the city hotline — they'll give the lot address. Have your plate number and tow location.

Passport + registration, towing payment receipt, power of attorney if not the owner. Payment is allowed within 10 days — the car is released immediately.

Photos of the spot, signs, markings. Complaint to police/mayor within 10 days or court. Wrongful towing — costs refunded.

Read signs to the end of the pole (zone of effect). Leave a phone number on the dash. City parking apps are cheaper than a tow.
